Rougie Duck Leg Confit is a traditional French confit, Slowly cooked and preserved in its own duck fat. Cooked twice for a great “fall-off-the-bone” effect. Smooth, moist and tender. 

All natural, no preservatives

Ingredients: Duck leg, duck fat, water, salt, pepper.

Brown the duck confit 8 minutes in a pan over medium heat, or 10 minutes at 180°C / 350°F in the oven.
