Red Roasted Peppers

Krinos uses only the plumpest red peppers from the valleys of northern Greece. Carefully cored, seeded and skinned, the peppers are oven roasted. The large, meaty, tender pieces are then marinated in aged wine vinegar. Enjoy the sweet and smoky taste of red peppers with no preparation needed. Red peppers are a good source of antioxidants, beta-carotene and vitamin C.
