Panarese Pasta Pici are a tribute to Tuscan tradition, straight from the Val d'Orcia , the heart of our agricultural production. This thick, long pasta is produced using artisanal methods, using only durum wheat grown on our land, to ensure superior flavor and quality. The manual extrusion process gives the Pici an irregular, porous texture, perfect for absorbing and enhancing the most intense and flavorful sauces. Low-temperature drying preserves the wheat's nutritional properties and rich flavor, offering an authentic culinary experience deeply rooted in Italian culture. Cooking time: 20-22 minutes
