Crunchy & spicy - that describes our classic KNAX gherkin. Pickled in a delicious vinegar infusion with fine herbs, this gherkin is one of the most popular toppings on bread, as an ingredient in sausage salads or roulades - or simply as a snack in between meals.
The secret of the KNAX lies not only in the traditional family recipe, but also in the gentle processing and short transport routes. It only takes about one day for our KNAX gherkins to reach the jars from the fields of our German contract farmers. This is what makes them so beautifully crunchy and aromatic.
