Green olive meze

Our green olive meze is prepared using exceptional Chalkidiki olives .

You will appreciate its sweetness and freshness on the palate: in our recipe, the olive is passed through a drum and then crushed to retain only the olive paste!

Our expertise allows us to separate the skin and the pit in order to remove the remaining bitterness from the freshly picked olive.

This product is neither pasteurized nor heated, and we do not use citric acid but lemon to preserve the color.

The green olive meze is ideal for your fish, poultry and fresh cheeses, but also as an aperitif to accompany our delicious Cretan breadsticks.
