This rich, sweet-sour glaze is perfect for Middle Eastern dishes. Drizzle it over roasted peppers and dips like muhammara. It’s fantastic with grilled fish and prawns. You can also mix it with olive oil to glaze a lamb shoulder. Roast until tender and serve with jewelled couscous.

Giusti ‘crema’ glazes are made with balsamic vinegar and cooked grape must. The ingredients are gently heated and reduced to a thick, creamy consistency. The range includes glazes flavoured with fruit, truffle and porcini mushrooms.
