Giardiniera is a healthy blend of vegetables (cauliflower, carrots, celery, pepperoncini, red peppers and cucumbers) that are traditionally served on beef and Italian sausages. Delicious and crunchy, Giardiniera is ready to serve and makes for the perfect garnish and salad mix. It is even popular in antipasto dishes with cheese and cured meats.
