The flavor of MANICARDI's balsamic Vinegar Modena PGI 3 SCUDI is the result of aging in small barrels made of various kinds of wood, such as chestnut, oak, mulberry, cherry and juniper, with a prevalence of chestnut. 

We recommend this very versatile product with fresh and boiled vegetables, salads, grilled and roasted meats.
