Contains: Gluten (Wheat).

May contain: Milk, Mustard, Peanuts, Tree nuts, Sesame seeds, Egg, Soybeans, Celery.

The package contains 2 folded sheets.

PREPARING THE PASTRY

Keep the pastry in its pack and thaw at room temperature for 2 hours. To avoid drying out, the puff pastry must always be kept wrapped before use. (Ensure it is thoroughly defrosted before use).
