MEDIUM PHYLLO PASTRY FOR PIES

Ingredients: Enriched wheat flour, Water, Corn starch, Salt, Preservatives (Potassium sorbate, Calcium propionate).

Contains: Gluten (Wheat).

May contain: Milk, Sesame seeds, Mustard, Soy, Egg, Tree nuts.

The package contains 11-12 pastry sheets.

PREPARING THE PASTRY

Keep the pastry in its pack and thaw at room temperature for 2 hours. To avoid drying out, the phyllo pastry must always be kept wrapped before use. (Ensure it is thoroughly defrosted before use).
